The absence of the typical smell and taste of sunflower seeds due to deodorization does not alter the taste of the food being fried. The lecithins contained in the sesame increase the resistance to temperature. This oil makes the frying golden and keeps it crunchy for a long time, giving it a fragrant flavor.
