Crudigno Organic Canola Oil 1000ml
Oil obtained only through physical processes of first pressing, decanting and filtration. It comes from the mechanical pressing of the seeds of Brassica Napus l. and is known for its balanced content of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Canola Crudigno oil is obtained from the mechanical pressing of seeds coming exclusively from organic farming. Similarly to extra virgin olive oil, it contains a high percentage of oleic acid and, which is not very common, also a good amount of linoleic acid. Furthermore, it has an optimal ratio between linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid, that is, between omega 6 and omega 3, in the proportion of 2 to 1.
It also naturally has a high content of vitamin E, known as a natural antioxidant and a high potassium value, essential for maintaining the osmotic pressure of liquids and tissues, acid-base balance, pH stabilization, activation of some enzymes that catalyze important metabolic reactions for the transmission of the nerve impulse and reduction of cellular irritability.
