Crudigno cold-pressed organic walnut oil is recognizable by its typical topaz color, its delicate fresh smell and the balanced sweet / bitter taste typical of the walnut itself.
In addition to its organoleptic qualities, walnut oil has undoubted nutritional qualities; in fact, it has a high content of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (61% linoleic acid, 13% alpha-linolenic acid and small quantities of gamma-linolenic acid) which guarantee cellular functionality, resulting in the maintenance of the epidermal water barrier, preventing dehydration, inelasticity and premature aging.
We advise you to use this raw oil as a condiment, on vegetables, soups, salads or on dishes of French gastronomy.
