Description
We recommend using cold pressed Crudigno organic sesame oil, because it is rich in phospholipids and lecithins which help protecting the body from cardiovascular diseases and strengthen the immune system; very resistant to oxidation as it is naturally rich in oleic acid. It maintains a strong stability at high temperatures and can therefore be used both for cooking as well as for frying. Also excellent for tasty biscuit and bakery products recipes.
